New cheerleader-themed merchandise for the TV anime Kanojo, Okarishimasu (Rent-A-Girlfriend) is on the way, letting fans feel like they are being cheered on by Chizuru Mizuhara and the rest of the cast. The goods will be sold in advance at the Chugaikogyo booth during Comic Market 108, held on August 15 and 16, 2026.
Series Background
Based on the romantic comedy manga by Reiji Miyajima serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine, Kanojo, Okarishimasu follows the story of hapless college student Kazuya Kinoshita. After being dumped by his first girlfriend, he meets rental girlfriend Chizuru Mizuhara and ends up lying to his family and friends that she is his real girlfriend.
The first TV anime season aired in July 2020. The fifth season (the second cour of the Hawaiians Arc) began in April 2026, and the final episode announced production of a sixth season (the Cohabitation Arc). The voice cast includes Shun Horie as Kazuya Kinoshita, Sora Amamiya as Chizuru Mizuhara, Aoi Yuki as Mami Nanami, Nao Touyama as Ruka Sarashina, Rie Takahashi as Sumi Sakurazawa, and Yuu Serizawa as Mini Yaemori. Animation production is by TMS Entertainment / 6th Studio.
Cheerleader Ver. Goods
The new lineup, dubbed “Cheerleader ver.,” features five heroines—Chizuru Mizuhara, Mami Nanami, Ruka Sarashina, Sumi Sakurazawa, and Mini Yaemori—dressed in modified school uniforms (gakuran) as cheerleader outfits, cheering with all their might. All items use newly drawn illustrations of the characters giving their full support.

In addition to the standard items, a pre-order T-shirt called “T-Shirt to Wear at Comiket (Cheerleader ver.)” has been announced. Orders placed between July 21 (Tuesday) 17:00 and August 6 (Thursday) 23:59 will be shipped in early August, so fans can receive and wear it to Comiket.

In addition to the advance sale at the Chugaikogyo booth at Comic Market 108, pre-orders are also accepted via the Chugaikogyo Content Division EC site “Chugaionline” from July 21 (Tuesday) 17:00 to August 17 (Monday) 23:59.
For every 3,000 yen (tax included) spent on related products at either the advance sale or pre-order, customers will receive one randomly selected bonus “Member Card (Mini Illustration Card)” from the five types.
