Anime streaming service d Anime Store is celebrating its 14th anniversary in July 2026 with a large-scale outdoor advertising campaign featuring iconic 14-year-old characters from a wide range of anime series. The ads are now on display across six locations in four cities including Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka.

Following last year’s well-received “13 years old. The story starts here, it gets interesting.” campaign, this year’s theme is “14 years old. That struggle becomes passion.” The campaign highlights the conflicts and determination of characters at age 14, a pivotal age often depicted in anime that resonates across generations.

The featured characters include:

  • Kanzaki Ranko (The Idolmaster Cinderella Girls)
  • Endou Mamoru and Gouenji Shuuya (Inazuma Eleven)
  • Sawada Tsunayoshi (Katekyo Hitman Reborn!)
  • Hinata Natsumi (Keroro Gunsou)
  • Renton Thurston (Eureka Seven)
  • Nunnally Lamperouge (Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion)
  • Iwakura Lain (Serial Experiments Lain)
  • Kazami Hayato (Future GPX Cyber Formula)
  • Simon (Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann)
  • Hanagaki Takemichi (Tokyo Revengers)
  • Hiroshi (Dokonjou Gaeru)
  • Suzuki Iruma (Mairimashita! Iruma-kun)
  • Shidou Hikaru, Ryuuzaki Umi, Hououji Fuu (Magic Knight Rayearth)
  • Kaname Madoka (Puella Magi Madoka Magica)
  • Kageyama Shigeo (Mob Psycho 100)
  • Insecter Haga (Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters)
  • Yoshinaga Sally (Yūsha Tokkyū Might Gaine)

This year, in addition to the outdoor ads, a special movie has been released that weaves together iconic scenes from these characters’ stories. The video, titled “14 years old: Struggle and Passion,” was released on August 3, 2026, and is available on the campaign’s special website and social media channels (X and YouTube).

The campaign runs from August 3 to August 9, 2026, at the following locations:
