“I involved you in the case, teacher.” That line from the PSYCHO-PASS universe sets the tone for a new wave of merchandise. The anime film PSYCHO-PASS: Providence is getting a fresh lineup of goods featuring Tsunemori Akane, Kougami Shinya, Ginoza Nobuchika, and Sugo Teppei in a stylish harness look. The items are now available for pre-order at the online shop AMNIBUS.
The PSYCHO-PASS franchise began as an original TV anime in 2012, with the first season airing that year. The second season followed in 2014, and the third in 2019. Set in a near-future society where people’s mental states are quantified and managed, the story follows a police force that questions justice. The first theatrical film was released in 2015, followed by a trilogy of films in 2019, and the conclusion of the third TV season hit theaters in 2020. In 2022, a 10th anniversary project kicked off, leading to the latest film, PSYCHO-PASS: Providence, in 2023. The cast includes Hanazawa Kana as Tsunemori Akane, Seki Tomokazu as Kougami Shinya, Nojima Kenji as Ginoza Nobuchika, and Higashiji Hiroki as Sugo Teppei. Animation production is by Production I.G.
New Harness-Style Goods
The four characters—Tsunemori Akane, Kougami Shinya, Ginoza Nobuchika, and Sugo Teppei—are featured in the new “Harness Style ver.” goods. Dressed in white shirts with black harnesses, they present a simple and cool look.
