The fourth cast announcement for the special-effects drama Kamen Rider Maise has been revealed. In the series, Suzuki Hirofumi will play Ende, a member of the zodiac alliance, while Nishiyama Rento takes on the role of Kei/Kamen Rider Kei. Additionally, the voice of Ryuzu will be performed by Shirokuma Hirotsugu.
Kamen Rider Maise is the latest entry in the Kamen Rider series, starting September 6, 2026. The protagonist Otosumi Sora transforms into the mouse-inspired Kamen Rider Maise. Now, the cast for the members of the twelve-zodiac alliance who oppose Maise has been announced.
Ende, the “Monkey” (Saru) of the alliance, is in charge of equipment development. He is a character with such a strong intellectual curiosity that he values research more than meals.
Suzuki, who previously played the only male Pink Ranger in Super Sentai history as Kiji Brother in Avatar Brothers Sentai Donbusters, commented on his new role: “Among the unique zodiac members, he’s the most eccentric, so it’s a lot of fun to play.”
Kei, the “Rooster” (Tori) of the alliance and the youngest member, uses a smartphone skillfully and quickly adapts to modern civilization. Nishiyama Renta, who plays Kei, was chosen for a lead role in the NHK drama Mukou Kishi and will appear in four dramas in 2026. He revealed that his first role in acting was in Kamen Rider Saber, where he played a boy saved by a Riders in the first episode; learning that he would now transform into a Rider himself was a huge surprise.
Shirokuma Hirotsugu will voice Ryuzu, the elder “Dragon” (Tatsu) of the alliance. Shirokuma is known for dubbing roles in Zootopia (as Finnick) and Guardians of the Galaxy (as Ronan the Accuser). The visual for Ryuzu was also unveiled, with a masked face that suggests an interesting role in the story.

Personally, my first ever role was in Kamen Rider Saber as a boy who is saved by a Rider in episode 1. So, since I’ve watched Kamen Riders on TV and played the transform game many times since I was little, learning that I could actually become one was a shock. Kei is curious and innocent, perhaps the most free-spirited and clueless character among the twelve. Please see how this elusive character impacts the story. Look forward to the broadcast!”

“My name is Shirokuma Hirotsugu, playing the voice of Ryuzu. I only joined the dubbing, but it was a very fun session because the actors of the heroes are all wonderful young people. I also hope this Kamen Rider Maise will stay in children’s hearts and lead to future heroes.”
