Hobby retailer AmiAmi (operated by Oami Co., Ltd., Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo) has begun accepting orders for a new 1/7 scale completed figure of Lynn Minmay from Macross: Do You Remember Love? The figure, produced under the Arcadia brand, is titled “Lynn Minmay Super Dimension Orchestra ver.”
About the Macross series
Since the original Super Dimension Fortress Macross aired in 1982, the Macross franchise has expanded across TV anime, OVAs, and theatrical films, producing numerous hit songs. This product brings Lynn Minmay to life in 1/7 scale, based on the key visual for the “Super Dimension Orchestra” concert held in September 2017 to commemorate the 35th anniversary of Macross.
The figure’s hair uses pearl paint to reproduce the gradient seen in the key visual, with clear parts at the tips to create a sense of transparency. The dress is finished with white pearl paint, and the stole also uses clear parts to preserve the original impression. The base is made of acrylic and features the U.N. Spacy emblem printed on it. The set includes the figure body, the U.N. Spacy emblem base, and an attachment for the left heel.
The figure is scaled at 1/7, standing approximately 230mm tall. Materials used are ATBC-PVC, ABS, acrylic, and iron. The reference price is 21,780 yen (tax included), with a release scheduled for May 2027.
