The second collaboration between the Love Live! series and Monster Strike (Monst) will begin on September 1, 2026 at 12:00 JST. μ’s members will appear in the limited-time gacha, while Aqours members will gain access to a new “Beast God Change” (獣神化・改) form.
Love Live! Series Overview
The Love Live! series is a multimedia project centered on the theme “a story everyone can make come true,” following high school girls who pursue their dreams as school idols. From the original Love Live! to Love Live! Sunshine!! and beyond, the franchise has expanded across TV anime, live events, and more.
In 2025, the newest series, Ikizurai Live! Love Live! Bluebird, was announced. The franchise celebrated its 15th anniversary in June of that year, with tribute albums and an upcoming Love Live! Fest among the commemorative projects. This winter, the film Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club: Final Chapter is also set to premiere.
This second Monster Strike collaboration brings together five units: μ’s second-year, first-year, and third-year students, A-RISE from the original Love Live!, and Saint Snow from Love Live! Sunshine!!. All will appear in the limited-time gacha.

Furthermore, completing μ’s missions will unlock “costume release” (衣装解放), allowing players to switch μ’s members to an alternate Beast God form. The collaboration quest will feature Kousaka Honoka, Ayase Eli, Koizumi Hanayo, Yazawa Nico, and others.

The collaboration starter pack will include “Honoka & Chika,” crossing series boundaries. Login bonuses, μ’s coin exchanges, and mission rewards will grant μ’s members Minami Kotori, Sonoda Umi, Hoshizora Rin, Nishikino Maki, and Toujou Nozomi. Additionally, the official Monster Strike campaign X (formerly Twitter) account will hold a giveaway for collaboration-exclusive acrylic stands and more.
