Sanrio’s beloved character My Melody is stepping into the world of French patisserie with a new collaboration with Ladurée, the Parisian maison known as the birthplace of the macaron. Titled “My Melody Collection,” the lineup will launch on September 18, 2026, featuring special macaron boxes, an almond pound cake tin, and a limited-edition afternoon tea experience.

My Melody, recognizable by the hood her grandmother made for her, is a kind and cheerful girl who loves almond pound cake and baking cookies with her mother. Her dream is to one day run her own sweets shop. In this collaboration, she takes on the role of a Ladurée pâtissière, crafting each confection with heartfelt care to bring smiles to visitors.

Macaron Boxes and Printed Macarons
The “Macaron Box” is available in two sizes: 6 pieces for 4,320 yen and 8 pieces for 5,616 yen. The special design depicts My Melody assembling a custom macaron tower, as well as welcoming guests with a smile and carefully handing over a bag filled with precious sweets. The green macaron box closes with a magnet, giving it a jewelry-box-like finish.

Also on offer is the “Printed Macaron” (577 yen), a macaron featuring an image of My Melody as a Ladurée pâtissière. It is filled with a white chocolate ganache scented with vanilla.
Almond Pound Cake Tin and Tote Bags
The “Almond Pound Cake Tin” (4,968 yen) comes in a can decorated with My Melody carefully holding a fresh pastry and turning around as someone calls her. Inside, the almond pound cake is topped with a My Melody chocolate piece, offering a rich butter aroma, deep almond flavor, and a hint of vanilla.

For merchandise, a “Tote Bag” featuring an embroidered pâtissière My Melody is available in pink (5,280 yen) and ivory (5,720 yen). The pink version is a horizontal bag with gussets that can hold A4 documents, while the ivory version is a vertical design easy to carry over the shoulder. Both include an inner pocket.

Afternoon Tea, Parfait, and Cappuccino
The collaboration also includes an “Afternoon Tea” for two at 18,700 yen. The tea stand will feature a strawberry macaron with strawberry confiture, a vanilla macaron printed with My Melody’s image, a religieuse shaped like My Melody, and a strawberry-shaped “Fraise Ladurée.” Savory items include a sablé layered with anchovy and tomato umami, a pink gougère filled with chestnut cream, a brandade quiche with almond aroma, and a beet and mushroom mousse. For mignardises, there is a sweet potato-style version of My Melody’s favorite almond pound cake and a raspberry roll cake.

Additionally, a “Parfait” (2,970 yen) is a special dessert featuring raspberries and autumn grapes, topped with white chocolate ganache, raspberries, an L-shaped chocolate, and a My Melody chocolate piece.

For drinks, a “Cappuccino” (1,980 yen) will have a delicate depiction of pâtissière My Melody drawn in the foam, inspired by the macaron box design, with an elegant ripple art medallion.

The “My Melody Collection” will be available from September 18, offering a sweet and gentle story as My Melody delivers treats as a Ladurée pâtissière.
