From Gekijouban Mahou Shoujo Madoka☆Magica: Walpurgis no Kaiten, a new figure of Madoka Kaname in her new magical girl outfit is now available for preorder at Amiami, with a scheduled release in August 2027.
The original TV anime Mahou Shoujo Madoka☆Magica aired in 2011, following the story of an ordinary middle school student, Madoka Kaname, whose life changes after a mysterious encounter. The series was later compiled into two theatrical films in 2012, [Zenpen] Hajimari no Monogatari and [Kouhen] Eien no Monogatari, followed by [Shinpen] Hangyaku no Monogatari in 2013. The completely new film Gekijouban Mahou Shoujo Madoka☆Magica: Walpurgis no Kaiten, which serves as a sequel to Hangyaku no Monogatari and depicts a new beginning, was released on August 28, 2026.
This new figure captures Madoka in her new magical girl costume, sculpted in a non-scale size that is easy to display. The fluffy spread of her skirt, the delicate ribbons, and her gentle smile as she waves her hand are all carefully reproduced, bringing out the charm of the character.
