Good Smile Company has announced a new Nendoroid Doll of Jinshi from the hit series Kusuriya no Hitorigoto. The figure brings the beautiful eunuch to life in his signature outfit, complete with a kimono and haori that can be removed. The announcement also features Jinshi’s iconic line, “That won’t do. You’re staying behind, right?”
Kusuriya no Hitorigoto is a popular palace mystery entertainment series that has surpassed 57 million copies in cumulative circulation. It follows Maomao, a young girl working as a poison taster, as she solves various difficult cases in the rear palace. The series is beloved for its quick-witted heroine, serious mysteries, and human drama set in an exotic world.
The TV anime’s first season aired from October 2023 to March 2024, with the second season running from January to July 2025. The series has consistently ranked high on streaming platforms. The third season is set to begin on October 2, and the long-awaited theatrical film, “Gekijouban Kusuriya no Hitorigoto: Bouhi no Hihou” (The Apothecary Diaries: The Secret of the Deceased Consort), is scheduled for release on December 11.
Now, Jinshi, one of the central characters, is joining the Nendoroid Doll lineup.

The figure is priced at 9,200 yen (tax included) and is scheduled for release in March 2027. Fans can look forward to adding Jinshi in his familiar outfit to their collection.
