Guts and his companions are entering the world of Ichiban Kuji, the no-loser character lottery. The lineup features a reproduction of the original artwork depicting the fateful confrontation between Guts and Zodd, a high-quality MASTERLISE figure of Guts, and a host of other tempting prizes.
Ichiban Kuji Berserk: Shukumei no Soukyoku
Berserk is a dark fantasy manga by Miura Kentarou, serialized since 1989 in Hakusensha’s Young Animal magazine. It follows hero Guts as he battles his way through a world filled with swords, magic, and monsters. After Miura’s passing in May 2021, the manga took a hiatus and then resumed in June 2022 under the credits “Original: Miura Kentarou, Manga: Studio Gaga, Supervision: Mori Kouji.” It continues to be serialized irregularly in Young Animal. The franchise has seen several anime adaptations: a 1997 TV series titled Kenpuu Denki Berserk, a three-part theatrical film series covering the “Golden Age” arc from 2012 to 2013 as part of the Berserk Saga Project, and a new TV anime in 2016.
Prize Lineup
From A to I, plus the Last One prize, the lineup is extensive. The A Prize offers a reproduction of the original artwork showing Guts and Zodd in a clash of fates. It faithfully reproduces the brushwork of Miura Kentarou’s manuscript and is mounted in a frame from the new brand “EPITAFRAME.” The piece measures approximately 42 cm (original B4 size).

The B, C, and D prizes are MASTERLISE series figures that impress with their overwhelming sculpting and presence.
B Prize: Guts MASTERLISE recreates the Berserker Armor standing pose. There are two versions of the head: one with the face visible and one wearing the helmet (“Berserker ver.”), and you’ll get one of the two at random. By attaching the optional arm part included with the C Prize, you can also recreate Guts holding the Dragon Slayer.

D Prize: Dream Beast MASTERLISE turns the black beast that roams with a coffin at the bottom of a dream into a collectible about 10 cm tall. The sculpt captures its protecting yet maddened gaze and still, eerie presence.

E Prize is the large soft vinyl figure “Zodd SOFVICS,” approximately 30 cm tall. The roaring pose and heavy breathing are almost audible, making it a perfect piece to display opposite Guts.

As for the Last One Prize, “Words are boorish! Push through!”—this special reward for drawing the final ticket is Zodd (Human Form) MASTERLISE. His imposing stance, bulging muscles, and flowing garments evoke awe and despair. At about 28 cm tall, it’s a fitting climax for the lottery.

Ichiban Kuji Berserk: Shukumei no Soukyoku will be available at Lawson, Ministop, Daily Yamazaki, bookstores, hobby shops, some drugstores, official Ichiban Kuji shops, and more, starting September 25, 2026. Online sales via Ichiban Kuji ONLINE begin on October 8, 2026 at 17:00. Price is 850 yen (tax included) per draw. A Double Chance Campaign runs from the release date until the end of December 2026.
