Voice actors Urawa Ki and Okamoto Nobuhiko, both featured in the anime Tougen Anki, are set to appear on Nippon TV’s VS Chotokkyu. The announcement drew extra attention after Okamoto shared a playful post on X and Chotokkyu member Yuki responded.
Tougen Anki cast headed to VS Chotokkyu
In Tougen Anki, Urawa Ki voices Ichinose Shiki, while Okamoto Nobuhiko plays Nekosaki Hakurei. The two are now confirmed to appear on VS Chotokkyu.
Okamoto Nobuhiko’s Gachi Muchuu post
Okamoto quoted the program appearance announcement on his own X account and wrote, ‘Tougen Anki wo gachi muchuu ni saseru nya,’ a comment seemingly playing on Chotokkyu’s song ‘Gachi Muchuu!’.
Fans reacted with delight and surprise. Comments included ‘Eh, sorry, thank you (?)’, ‘Akan, ureshii’, ‘Nobuhiko-san is coming…!!!’, ‘Wait—!!? Ura-kun and Nobu-kun are in it!!?’, ‘For real? Seriously? Eh? Really? God—’, ‘I’ll definitely watch!!!’, ‘Nobukun ga Chotokkyu to…!?’, and ‘This collab is too wild!!’
