Inoue Takehiko’s manga Real is teaming up with New Era for a second collaboration cap collection. The lineup is set to go on sale on October 15, 2026 (Thursday) at 10:00 through the New Era official online store, ZOZOVILLA, and select New Era retailers.
Real’s Latest New Era Caps Bring Back Three Key Characters
Real has been serialized in Weekly Young Jump since 1999. The story centers on wheelchair basketball and follows three men as they confront their present circumstances, struggle, pause, and keep moving forward. This youth ensemble drama depicts a true-to-life reality. The manga’s cumulative circulation, including digital editions, has surpassed 16 million copies.
The new items follow the first Real x New Era collaboration released in April 2026. That first wave featured Togawa Kiyoharu, Nomiya Tomomi, and Takahashi Hisanobu on 9THIRTY(TM) caps. Their designs are now carried over directly to the 9TWENTY(TM) silhouette.
The Togawa Kiyoharu model comes in black, the Nomiya Tomomi model in pink, and the Takahashi Hisanobu model in white. Each cap’s liner is printed with standout scenes selected from the latest comic volume, volume 17.
The 9TWENTY is characterized by a soft fit with no stiff front panel, and its rear strap allows for size adjustment.
Sizes include S/M (54cm–58cm), M/L (57cm–61cm), and L/XL (61cm–65cm). The caps incorporate motifs from the work and characters while remaining easy to wear in everyday settings.
