The Tamagotchi franchise is adding a new item that combines collectible charms with candy. Tamagotchi Package Charm & Gummy features package-style charms containing Tamagotchi characters, along with gummy candy shaped like Mametchi and Kuchipatchi.
The charms come in 10 types. Each character sits inside a clear, face-shaped charm, and the back of the charm shows the character’s traits and cute illustrations. A colorful ball chain is included so fans can attach the charm to a bag or pouch or display it in a room.
Characters in the lineup
The 10-character lineup includes Mametchi, Kuchipatchi, Memetchi, Mimitchi, Flowertchi, Young Mametchi, Ichigotchi, Ringotchi, Lovelitchi, and Marutchi. The gummy candy included with the product is shaped like the faces of Mametchi and Kuchipatchi.
Price and release date
Tamagotchi Package Charm & Gummy is priced at 396 yen (tax included). It is scheduled to launch in April 2027 in the candy sections of mass retailers nationwide.
