About the Doting Villainess Story
*Akuyaku Reijou wa Ringoku no Ooutaishi ni Dekiaisareru* is based on Puni-chan’s light novel series, which boasts over 5.6 million copies in print. This is an “overly doting villainess love story” that’s sure to make your heart flutter! The tale begins when the protagonist, TiaraRose, suddenly remembers her past life, where she was obsessed with an otome game called *Lapis Lazuli no Yubiwa* (The Lapis Lazuli Ring). She discovers that she has been reincarnated into that very game as the “villainess” character, destined to obstruct the heroine.
If the heroine successfully captures Hartknights, the Crown Prince of the Lapis Lazuli Kingdom, TiaraRose faces nothing but a humiliating condemnation event. However, amidst this predicament, AquaSteed, the Crown Prince of the neighboring country and a main capture target from the sequel game (which TiaraRose never got to play in her previous life), dramatically appears and proposes to TiaraRose. Can TiaraRose truly achieve a happy ending?

Production Team and Main Cast
The TV anime is being directed by Hamana Takayuki, with animation production handled by Studio Deen. Fuchigami Mai stars as TiaraRose, Umehara Yuuichirou as AquaSteed, Satou Takuya as Hartknights, and Hanamori Yumiri as Akari.

Comments from the Cast and Artists
Yamada Marina

I am truly honored and delighted to continue playing Aishila, just as I did in the game. I will pour my heart into portraying Aishila once again, immersing myself in her pure and earnest “14-year-old love.” I’ll do my best to deliver all the unique charm that only an anime can offer to everyone who discovered this work through the original novel or game. I’m personally very much looking forward to seeing the characters come to life… Thank you very much for your support!
Suwabe Junichi

I am excited to continue portraying Keith, the Fairy King of the Forest, in the anime. While villainess reincarnation stories are quite popular these days, our protagonist’s personality is more in line with the traditional type of the genre. That’s what makes it fresh! And then there’s Keith—a handsome, arrogant type who’s always teasing TiaraRose whenever he gets a chance… It has that comforting, nostalgic taste of home. Please look forward to it!
Midorikawa Hikaru

Congratulations on the anime adaptation! I’ll be continuing to play Clairol from the game. If the story unfolds like the game, my character’s appearance will be quite late, but will it? As those who have played the game already know, it’s a somewhat unique role, making it challenging yet incredibly rewarding to perform (laughs). I’ll strive to make the work even better with the appearance of my character. Please look forward to it!
Furihata Ai

「Akuyaku Reijou wa Ringoku no Ooutaishi ni Dekiaisareru」TV anime adaptation, congratulations!! I’m Furihata Ai, and I’ll be reprising my role as Pearl from the game. I’m so happy to be able to play the adorable Pearl again. This work is full of charming characters and heart-pounding romantic scenes that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Please look forward to the broadcast!
Shirota Yuu

I am honored to be performing the opening and ending themes for *Akuyaku Reijou wa Ringoku no Ooutaishi ni Dekiaisareru*. Inspired by the fantastical sparkle that breathes life into the story and the wonderfully romantic, layered world unique to two-dimensional works, I also took on the roles of lyricist and composer for the ending song. I hope that through music, I can add vibrant color and heart-pounding excitement to this wonderful story.
Takagaki Ayahi
I am Takagaki Ayahi, and I will be singing the opening and ending themes alongside Shirota Yuu. As a huge fan of otome games myself, I’ve imagined countless times, “What if I could go to that world…!” It is a great honor to be involved in this work as an artist. And to be singing with Shirota-san, whom I’ve admired from the theater audience, feels like a dream come true! The opening theme “Ai no Fanfare” is a cute and pop song that will make your heart race just by listening to it. The ending theme “Mahou no Oto” is a dramatic duet. Please listen to them not only alongside the story but also as you reflect on your own feelings.
