Revised Premiere Set for 2025
While originally slated for Summer 2023, the journey of Tsuyokute New Saga to the screen has been extended. The anime is now scheduled to air on Tokyo MX and ABC in July 2025. Mark your calendars!

Theme Song Artists Revealed
Setting the tone for the anime’s opening will be 4s4ki, performing the theme song titled “Enja.” Bringing the series to a close with the ending theme will be Mahiru Coda, known for their work on shows like **Bucchigiri?!**, with their song “her.”
Bringing the Saga to Life: The Production Team
Behind the scenes, a talented team is hard at work on the Tsuyokute New Saga anime. Naoki Mizusawa is directing the series, with animation production handled by Studio Clutch and Sotsu. Handling the series composition is Kenta Ihara, recognized for his work on **Isekai Ojisan**. Character designs are being created by Hinata Asa. The Source Material
The story of Tsuyokute New Saga originates from the fantasy light novel series penned by Masayuki Abe. It first appeared on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in May 2012 before AlphaPolis began publishing it with illustrations by Ryuuta Fuse in April 2013. The light novel series concluded with its tenth volume, released in June 2018.
A manga adaptation, illustrated by Jun Miura, has also been running on AlphaPolis’ AlphaPolis Web Manga website since February 2014. This manga adaptation also recently concluded with its tenth volume, released in October 2022.
For fans outside of Japan, AlphaPolis is also making the manga available digitally in English through its Alpha Manga app. Volumes 6 to 8 of the English manga were released on February 29.
