Bandori Fans, Rejoice! The Ani-Art Series Hits Its Sixth Wave

What is BanG Dream!?
For the uninitiated, BanG Dream! is Bushiroad’s next-generation girls’ band project where characters and live performances are seamlessly linked. It’s a massive multimedia mix spanning anime, games, and real-life concerts. The incredible thing? The voice actors for the in-story bands—Poppin’Party, Roselia, Morfonica, RAISE A SUILEN, MyGO!!!!!, Ave Mujica, and Yume Gen Dai Myu-type (夢限大みゅーたいぷ)—actually form bands in real life and perform live with genuine instruments.
The project celebrated its 10th anniversary on February 28, 2025, and is currently streaming a 52-episode mini-anime titled 『Ganso! Bandori-chan』. Looking ahead, 2026 is packed with releases: the new film 『BanG Dream! Ave Mujica prima aurora』 (a sequel to the TV anime ‘It’s MyGO!!!!!’ and ‘Ave Mujica’), a subsequent new TV anime series, and the upcoming TV anime 『Bandori! Yume∞Mita』. The franchise is charging full speed ahead past its milestone anniversary.
Diving Into the Ani-Art Series 6th Wave
This latest wave continues the series’ tradition of reimagining character art with a unique, artistic flair. The centerpiece is the 「Trading Ani-Art 6th Wave Acrylic Stands」, available in five versions from A to E. Each version features 10 different characters, combining fresh illustrations with each band’s signature colors.

This version brings together Poppin’Party and Yume Gen Dai Myu-type. The lineup features Toyama Kasumi, Hanazono Tae, Ushigome Rimi, Yamabuki Saaya, and Ichigaya Arisa, joined by Nakamachi Arale, Miyanaga Nonoka, Minezuki Ritsu, Fuji Tsubako, and Sengoku Yuno.

The acrylic stands are priced at ¥880 each (tax included), or ¥8,800 for a BOX (tax included). Each stand measures approximately 70mm x 45mm for the main body, with a base of about 45mm x 25mm and a thickness of 3mm, all made from acrylic.
