About the Anime: Shuumatsu Touring
Shuumatsu Touring is a TV anime based on the unique touring manga by Saitou Sakae, serialized in the monthly comic magazine Dengeki Maoh. It follows two girls and one Serow bike as they roam across a ruined Japan. The anime was directed by Tokumoto Yoshinobu with animation production by studio Nexus. It aired from October to December 2025.

The story centers on Yooko and Airii, two girls traveling through a vacant, post-apocalyptic world. They take pictures of scenic spots all to themselves and go camping in towns reclaimed by nature. Riding tandem on their off-road bike, the Serow, they experience a tour like no other—with no traffic jams or red lights to stop them, it’s the ultimate expression of freedom.

Collaboration Watch Design Details
This “Shuumatsu Touring x MOTO-R Collaboration Model” incorporates the desolate, yet serene, atmosphere of the girls’ journey into its dial design. It uses a rough, concrete-like texture that evokes images of decayed cities and frozen moments in time.

A cute penguin motif, taken from Yooko’s hair accessory, is subtly placed as a single point at the 6 o’clock position. Against the concrete-themed dial, this touch of whimsy perfectly captures the series’ unique balance—the lighthearted spirit of the two girls enjoying their journey against a backdrop of world-ending silence.

For easy readability while riding, bar indices are used. The 12 o’clock marker is uniquely shaped like a navigation marker for instant recognition. The second hand is adorned with the iconic tsuuringu ramu (“Touring Lamb”) logo from the series, a subtle nod that blends functionality with fandom.

A particularly cool feature is the azimuth meter on the inner ring, which incorporates artwork of Yooko and Airii. By using the sun’s position and the current time, you can determine direction—super useful for touring in areas with few landmarks, or during camping and outdoor scenes. It’s a classic analog watch function that’s both practical and packed with character moe.
Limited Edition Features
The case back is engraved with a motif based on the rabbit accessory Airii wears on her chest. Furthermore, each of the 405 limited pieces features a unique serial number (from 001/0405 to 405/0405), stamped to signify its place in the limited run—a number chosen as a tribute to Yooko.
