Demon Slayer Mechanical Watches Add Doma, Akaza, and Kaigaku Models with Eye Motifs

The collaboration between the anime Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba and GARRACK has produced mechanical watches (automatic winding) using the traditional craft of Kanazawa gold leaf. Three new models inspired by the demons Upper Rank Two Doma, Upper Rank Three Akaza, and Upper Rank Six Kaigaku are joining the lineup. Preorders begin May 22, 2026.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is based on the manga by Koyoharu Gotouge, published by Shueisha in Jump Comics, with all 23 volumes selling over 220 million copies worldwide. The story follows Tanjiro Kamado, a boy whose family is slaughtered by demons and whose sister Nezuko becomes a demon. He joins the Demon Slayer Corps to fight demons and find a cure for his sister. The series blends poignant human-demon drama, intense sword fights, charming characters, and occasional comedic moments.

Produced by ufotable, the anime began with the television series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Tanjiro Kamado, Unwavering Resolve Arc in April 2019. The final battle in the Infinity Castle is being adapted as a trilogy of films. Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Infinity Castle Arc – Chapter 1: Akaza’s Return was released on July 18, 2025, and concluded its run on April 9, 2026, after 266 days. It drew 27,455,968 viewers and earned ¥40.2 billion in box office revenue, placing second in Japanese box office history behind the previous film.

This latest collaboration, the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba S-MEISTER Mechanical Watch, uses Kanazawa gold leaf to reproduce character motifs. Following the Demon Slayer Corps member models, the demon models for Doma, Akaza, and Kaigaku have been added to the lineup.

The dials are hand-finished one by one by skilled craftsmen, making each timepiece a work of art. The movement—the heart of the watch—is Japanese-made, and the watches are assembled in Japan, ensuring a Made-in-Japan product.

At the 12 o’clock index, the eye motifs for “Two,” “Three,” and “Six” are placed respectively. The disc that rotates every second and the hour and minute hands also feature designs reminiscent of Doma, Akaza, and Kaigaku. On the dial, Doma and Akaza have head or face patterns, while Kaigaku’s design evokes his Blood Demon Art, all rendered in silver foil.
Kanazawa gold leaf, famously used at Kinkaku-ji Temple, is produced in Kanazawa, Japan’s leading gold leaf production area, thanks to its climate and history. The metal is hammered to a thinness of about 0.1 micrometers (1/10,000th of a millimeter), then carefully colored by hand by skilled craftsmen. Since each piece is entirely handmade, every watch has its own unique character. Pick up a model of your favorite character and enjoy your very own one-of-a-kind timepiece.

The Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba S-MEISTER Mechanical Watch prices (tax included) are 74,800 yen for the Doma model, 74,800 yen for the Akaza model, and 77,000 yen for the Kaigaku model. Preorders begin May 22, with release on June 5. For details, visit the special page.
