From COBRA, apparel items collaborating with archive label “Number Rock” have arrived. Lottery applications and reservations for the special collection will start on May 25, 2026.
COBRA × Number Rock Collaboration
COBRA is the debut work of manga artist Buichi Terasawa and a masterpiece that made his name famous. It depicts the exploits of the space pirate Cobra, the galaxy’s most wanted man, who flies through space in his beloved ship Turtle with his Psychogun implanted in his left arm and his beautiful partner, the Armoroid Lady. As a landmark SF action manga, this work shines across the ages. The charm of characters like the protagonist Cobra, his beautiful partner Lady, and the archrival Crystal Boy, as well as many famous lines and thrilling action scenes, continue to spread fresh excitement that completely transcends the 45 years of its history, crossing generations and borders.
Now, COBRA and Number Rock have collaborated. A variety of special items using various visuals have appeared.
The EXCLUSIVE LINE T-shirt, sold via lottery, uses multicolor printing with 15 screens of silk screen printing. It achieves a three-dimensional feel and presence that digital printing cannot express, and offers the joy of “raising the print” as the texture improves with repeated wear.
COBRA × Number Rock Collaboration Campaign
The body of the EXCLUSIVE LINE T-shirt is an original Number Rock design that reinterprets 80s–90s vintage T-shirts. It features single stitching and a tube body construction, with a 6.2oz fabric in a relaxed silhouette that does not emphasize body lines, making it a piece that adults can naturally wear.
In addition, a wide lineup of reservation collection items is available. Two types of bodies are used: a US-standard body and a vintage-like body with post-dyeing, offering T-shirts with original designs on the work’s visuals.
An original Number Rock tote bag and a retro-style enamel mug are also available.
The COBRA × Number Rock collaboration will start an SNS giveaway campaign on Saturday, May 16, 2026.
