Two iconic Digimon are getting a stunning artisan makeover. Agumon and Gabumon from the hit anime Digimon Adventure are being immortalized as special-order Edo Kiriko (Japanese cut glass) glasses, handcrafted one by one by skilled artisans. Preorders for these limited traditional crafts began on May 22, 2026.

Edo Kiriko is a centuries‑old glassmaking technique that produces precise, jewel‑like patterns. For this collaboration, each glass measures approximately 9 cm tall with a diameter of 7 cm (base diameter 5 cm). Artisans carve every detail by hand, resulting in slight variations in color and glass thickness that make each piece unique.
The glasses come in two designs, each strictly limited to 200 units and housed in a high‑grade paulownia wood box (approx. 12 cm high × 10 cm wide × 10 cm deep) that can be displayed alongside the glass.
Agumon Ver.
The yellow “Edo Kiriko -Agumon Ver.-” features claw marks inspired by Agumon and a traditional yarai (arrow barrier) pattern, believed to ward off evil. The bottom of the glass is engraved with the Crest of Courage, visible through the drink inside.
Gabumon Ver.
The blue “Edo Kiriko -Gabumon Ver.-” uses fang motifs from Gabumon and a shippo (seven treasures) pattern that symbolizes friendship and human connection. The design is meant to evoke Gabumon’s image the moment you hold the glass.
