A new lottery featuring Usamaru in a soap-bubble motif is arriving in Japan. The “FURYU kuji Usamaru PUKA PUKA Shabon” launches on June 19, 2026 (Friday) at Lawson, Ministop, hobby shops, bookstores, and other locations nationwide.
Usamaru is a rabbit character created by illustrator sakumaru, first appearing in LINE stamps on August 6, 2014. The character quickly became a breakout hit, earning the first-ever Hall of Fame induction at the LINE Creators Stamp AWARD in 2016 and later winning the MVP Grand Prize at the third LINE Creators MVP AWARD in 2021. Usamaru has since expanded beyond stamps into books, merchandise, and cafes, winning a loyal fanbase.

The FURYU kuji uses newly drawn illustrations of Usamaru drifting gently on soap bubbles. The prizes include plush toys, figures, tableware, and more.
