New capsule toy collectibles featuring the beloved inhabitants of Moominvalley will soon be available at gacha machines across Japan. The “Moomin Woven Charm Collection” is set to launch sequentially from early June 2026, offering fans a chance to snag nostalgic, fabric-style keychains.
Created by Swedish-speaking Finnish artist Tove Jansson (1914–2001), the Moomin universe has enchanted audiences worldwide through novels, comics, picture books, merchandise, spots, and animation. This new lineup brings the characters to life with a delicately woven label design, giving each charm a warm, vintage feel.
The collection features six characters: Moomin, Moominmamma, Nyoronyoro, Moominpappa, Little My, and Snufkin. On the reverse side, each charm includes the Moomin logo and an illustration. Made from lightweight, soft materials, they produce little noise when bumped and are gentle on other belongings, making them easy to attach to bags, keys, or pouches.
