Fans of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba will soon have a new way to display their love for Upper Rank Three. A prize item called the “Akaza Destruction Kill: Compass Sound Flash Stage (with Deco Stickers)” is set to arrive in Japanese arcades and online crane games from the fourth week of July 2026. The stage recreates the moment Akaza appears in the Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle Arc movie, complete with a glowing compass and a voice line.
This prize is part of the amusement lineup for Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Infinity Castle Arc Part 1: Akaza Returns, produced by S-Trust. The stage belongs to the “Flash Stage” series—items designed for fan activities, or “oshi-katsu,” where collectors place figures, plushies, or deco stickers to create personalized display scenes. The stage features both light-up and sound effects to heighten the atmosphere of the series.
One Switch, One Iconic Moment
With a simple press of a switch, the compass on the stage glows and the sound “Akaza appears” plays, faithfully recreating the spine-chilling scene from the film. The stage is made to hold figures or “oshi-nui” (character plushies), letting fans photograph their collections in a setting that mirrors the original action. A sheet of deco stickers is also included, allowing users to decorate the stage however they like.
Series Background and Record-Breaking Box Office
The original manga by Koyoharu Gotouge concluded with 23 volumes and has sold over 220 million copies worldwide. The ufotable-produced anime began with the 2019 television series Tanjiro Kamado: Unwavering Resolve Arc and has since expanded into a global phenomenon. The Infinity Castle Arc is planned as a trilogy; the first part, Akaza Returns, opened on July 18, 2025, and over the course of 266 days (through April 9, 2026) it drew 27,455,968 viewers and earned more than 40.2 billion yen, ranking second all-time in Japanese box office revenue after the previous film, Mugen Train. The Blu-ray and DVD release is scheduled for July 29, 2026.
