Kureha has launched a new lineup of Pokémon-themed household products, including the popular “Freezer’s Freezer Bag” that made waves last year, now sporting a fresh design. The collaboration, which began rolling out on July 1, 2026, in limited quantities, features 52 different Pokémon across three brands and eight products.
This year’s collection expands beyond last year’s hit items—NEWクレラップ (plastic wrap) and iremo フリーザーバッグ (freezer bags)—to include Rakucho フライパン用ホイルシート (foil sheets for frying pans) and Rakucho クッキングシート (cooking sheets). The packaging is packed with playful details: hidden Pokémon, silhouettes that change when all sizes are lined up, and other surprises sure to delight fans.
NEWクレラップ
The three sizes of NEWクレラップ feature Pokémon splashed across the front. The Regular 50m box shows Pikachu and Koduck, the Mini 50m box has Pikachu and Yadon, and the Mini Mini 50m box displays Pikachu, Kamonegi, and Pichu. A “wrap-finding sticker” shaped like Pikachu’s silhouette is included, and the side panels of each box reveal different Pokémon silhouettes depending on the size.
When all three sizes are lined up side by side, the packaging forms a complete lineup of the first partner Pokémon from Pokémon Red・Green all the way through Pokémon Scarlet・Violet.
iremo フリーザーバッグ
The three freezer bag sizes bring together 29 Pokémon on their packages. The S size (red base) features Pikachu and Hitokage alongside Fire-type Pokémon; the M size (blue base) features Pikachu and Zenigame with Water types; and the L size (green base) features Pikachu and Fushigidane with Grass types. The legendary Pokémon Freezer (Articuno), which sparked buzz last year as the “Freezer’s Freezer Bag,” returns this year as a striking silhouette on all three sizes—the only Pokémon to appear on every package and bag in the line.
Rakucho フライパン用ホイルシート & クッキングシート
The foil sheet package is adorned with Kabigon and Gonbe on the front, and many Steel-type Pokémon such as Lucario, Jirachi, Coil, Meltan, and Dekanuchan appear, referencing the material. The foil sheet itself is printed with a full Monster Ball pattern. On the side panel, keen-eyed fans can spot Meltan’s evolution, Melmetal. The other side’s Pokémon are left as a surprise until the package is opened.
The cooking sheet package features Pikachu along with Lucky, Pinpuku, and Happinas. The side panels are decorated with “konomi” (berry) designs, and the opposite side also has berries waiting to be discovered. Sweets-themed Pokémon like Peroppafu, Banipucchi, and Mahoippu add a dessert-friendly touch to the design.
