A third collaboration event between Bungo Stray Dogs and Tobu Zoo Park has been announced. Titled Bungo Stray Dogs x Tobu Zoo Park vol. 3 “NIGHT ZOO”, the event will run for a limited time starting July 18, 2026.
Bungo Stray Dogs is an异能 battle action series featuring characters who bear the names of real-life literary figures such as Nakajima Atsushi, Dazai Osamu, and Akutagawa Ryuunosuke. The manga, written by Asagiri Kafka and illustrated by Harukawa Sango, began serialization in Young Ace in 2012, and related books have surpassed 17 million copies in cumulative circulation. The TV anime first aired in April 2016 and has since broadcast a total of 5 seasons (61 episodes). To commemorate the 10th anniversary of the TV anime broadcast in April 2026, various projects have been underway since 2025.
The theme of this collaboration is “NIGHT ZOO,” perfect for the summer holidays. Newly drawn illustrations show Nakajima Atsushi, Dazai Osamu, Edogawa Ranpo, Izumi Kyouka, Akutagawa Ryuunosuke, and Nakahara Chuuya stylishly dressed in yukata against a summer night sky. These illustrations will be used on new merchandise, and there will also be collaboration food and games.
Collaboration Restaurant and Food
During the event, the park’s restaurant “G’s Restaurant” will operate as a collaboration restaurant, offering eat-in and takeout menus. Customers who order a qualifying menu item will receive a random “bonus coaster” from a set of 6 designs.
Collaboration Game
At the game corner “Rainbow Town,” a collaboration game will be held where participants can win original prizes. The fee is 600 yen (tax included) per game, and prizes are awarded based on the player’s performance.
Collaboration Admission Ticket with Bonus
At the entrance gate ticket counter, a special collaboration admission ticket with bonuses will be sold. The set includes a “replica ticket” (1 type) and an “original ticket holder” (1 type), both featuring the newly drawn illustrations.
Purchasers of the collaboration admission ticket will also receive a “stamp rally sheet” to participate in a stamp rally. Collecting stamps will earn a “stamp rally prize postcard” (1 type).
Original Merchandise
At the venue and through online sales, original Bungo Stray Dogs x Tobu Zoo Park merchandise will be available. Items include trading can badges, polaroid shot collections, and holo acrylic figure stands featuring Nakajima Atsushi, Dazai Osamu, Edogawa Ranpo, Izumi Kyouka, Akutagawa Ryuunosuke, and Nakahara Chuuya.
Additionally, there will be acrylic stands and holo clear cards designed with “mini character animal ver.” versions of Nakajima Atsushi, Dazai Osamu, Kunikida Doppo, Edogawa Ranpo, Izumi Kyouka, Akutagawa Ryuunosuke, Nakahara Chuuya, Jouno Saigiku, Suehiro Tecchou, Fyodor D, Nikolai G, and Sigma. Playful items like a tiger-ear hooded towel will also be sold.
The “Character Fine Mat Tobu Zoo Park NIGHT ZOO ver.” is a Tobu Zoo Park exclusive item. For every 2,000 yen (tax included) spent on related products in a single transaction, customers will receive a random bonus bromide (12 types).
Event Period and Web Sales
Bungo Stray Dogs x Tobu Zoo Park vol. 3 “NIGHT ZOO” will be held from July 18 (Saturday) to August 30 (Sunday), 2026, excluding park closure days. Night Zoo is scheduled on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from July 18 to August 30, as well as August 12 (Wednesday) to August 14 (Friday).
Original merchandise can be pre-ordered via the Chugaionline (Chugai Mining Content Division EC site) from July 18, 2026 at 10:00 until September 6, 2026 at 23:59. Shipments are scheduled to begin from December 2026 onward. Note that some items may end pre-orders early if planned quantities are reached.
