Director Imaishi Hiroyuki and screenwriter Nakashima Kazuki, the powerhouse duo behind some of Studio Trigger’s most iconic works, are teaming up once again for a brand-new project. The announcement was made via Trigger’s official X account, sending fans into a frenzy of excitement.
Imaishi, a board member and animator at Trigger, previously collaborated with Nakashima on three major titles: Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (2007), Kill la Kill (2013), and Promare (2019). Now, the pair is set to launch their fourth joint project, with details still under wraps.
