From May 5 to 10, the cosplay event acosta!@Ikebukuro Sunshine City was held in Tokyo’s Ikebukuro district. This special Golden Week edition featured a unique concept week with daily themes: “Students Only,” “Ages 25 and Over Only,” “Crossdressing Only,” and “All Genres.” Participation was limited to 30% of the usual capacity, allowing attendees to enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere than the event’s typically crowded gatherings.
With warm early-May weather and occasional strong winds, participants dressed as characters from popular games like Fate/Grand Order and Goddess of Victory: NIKKE, VTubers from Nijisanji and Vspo!, as well as classic and new anime series.
In this report, we feature Watanuki (X: @Ezotanuki_11), who attended the event cosplaying as Cutie Honey‘s Kisaragi Honey. Her sleeveless mini dress and white socks evoke the original series’ retro design, yet the charm remains timeless. With a shy smile and fair legs, she perfectly blends refreshing cuteness with healthy allure.
