The popular collaboration between Tokyo Banana and Monchhichi is coming back for a second run. A limited-edition keychain and a special set will be available through a lottery sale starting July 21, 2026, on the official online shop “Paku to Mogu.”

About the Collaboration
Monchhichi is a plush toy first released in 1974 by Sekiguchi. Known for its pacifier pose and cute freckles, the character has a body made of plush while the face and limbs are soft vinyl. It became a massive hit in Japan and was exported overseas the following year, gaining fans around the world.
Tokyo Banana is celebrating its 35th anniversary in 2026. The collaboration with Monchhichi first launched in March 2026 as the first product in the anniversary collaboration year, and now returns due to popular demand.

Product Details
The collaboration Monchhichi features fluffy fur inspired by Tokyo Banana’s sponge cake. The girl Monchhichi is dressed with Tokyo Banana’s signature blue ribbon and wears a bib printed with the Tokyo Banana pattern. The pacifier pose is also included.

Two products are available:
- Tokyo Banana x Monchhichi Keychain – 2,300 yen
- Tokyo Banana x Monchhichi Keychain Set – 3,300 yen, which includes the keychain and a box of 8 Tokyo Banana “Mitsuketa” sponge cakes

Lottery Sale Information
Due to limited production, the sale is by lottery only. The application period runs from July 21, 2026 at 10:00 to July 28, 2026 at 16:59. Winners will be announced after 15:00 on August 4, and must complete their order by 16:59 on August 14. Shipments are scheduled for mid-September.
This collaboration item marks Tokyo Banana’s 35th anniversary, so fans of both brands will want to enter the lottery.
