McDonald’s Japan is rolling out the second wave of its popular Happy Set collaboration with Sanrio’s beloved character Cinnamoroll. Starting July 17, the limited-time menu will feature a new lineup of six toy items themed around a café and restaurant play experience.

The toys include a register, a kitchen car, and a sticker stand, allowing children to role-play as shop staff or customers. Through this pretend play, the set aims to nurture social skills and emotional development. The “Magical Oven” toy lets kids open it to bake treats, while a drink machine dispenses stickers—activities that can spark interest in daily meal routines and help develop fine motor skills.

Also included is a mascot that can be attached to bags, encouraging imaginative play with the Cinnamoroll world even on the go. During the sales period, McDonald’s official app will feature a collaboration mini-game titled “Cinnamoroll Friends’ Happy March Match,” so be sure to check that out as well.

The Happy Set “Cinnamoroll” is available at McDonald’s locations nationwide (excluding some stores) for a limited time. Sales period: July 10, 2026 (Friday) – approximately 4 weeks.
