New preview images and a synopsis have been released for Episode 15 of the summer anime Seihantai na Kimi to Boku (The Opposite of You and Me) Season 2. The episode, titled “Iku Toshi Kuru Toshi” (The Passing Year, The Coming Year), is set to air on July 19, 2026.
Based on the manga by Akazawa Koucha, Seihantai na Kimi to Boku is a romantic comedy that follows the contrasting pair of Suzuki, an energetic girl who is always conscious of how others see her, and Tani, a quiet boy who can firmly state his own opinions. The story depicts how they respect each other and slowly deepen their understanding, along with their school life with friends. The manga was serialized in Jump+ until 2024, has sold over 2.1 million copies including digital editions, and has won numerous manga awards.
The first season of the TV anime aired in January 2026 and garnered attention. For Season 2, which began in July, director Nagatomo Takakazu returns, with animation production by Lapin Track. The cast includes Suzushiro Sayumi as Suzuki, Sakata Shougo as Tani, Taniguchi Yuna as Watanabe, Hirabayashi Koka as Satou, Iwata Anji as Yamada, Shimabukuro Miyuri as Higashi, Katou Wataru as Taira, Oomori Kokoro as Nishi, and Kusunoki Tomori as Honda.

Episode 15 of Seihantai na Kimi to Boku Season 2 will air on Sunday, July 19, 2026, on MBS/TBS’s 28-station network nationwide.
For broadcast details: Season 2 airs every Sunday from July 5 at 5:00 PM on MBS/TBS, with same-day streaming on ABEMA and Prime Video at 5:30 PM. AT-X will begin broadcasting from July 10.
