TOHO animation opened an official website for a television anime adaptation of Maruyono Kamome‘s manga Dokagui Daisuki! Mochizuki-san on Tuesday, revealing a celebratory illustration by Maruyono. Animation studio Passione is producing the anime.
Maruyono began serializing the comedy gourmet manga in Young Animal Zero magazine and Young Animal Web website in May 2024. Hakusensha published the third volume in November 2025, with the fourth volume scheduled for September 29.
Dokagui Daisuki! Mochizuki-san ranked eighth in the web category at the tenth Next Manga Awards in 2024. The series also placed ninth in the male readers category of Kono Manga ga Sugoi! 2026.
Synopsis
