Voice actor Nozawa Masako will celebrate her 90th birthday on October 25, 2026. To mark the occasion, FAVOLC—a brand known for collaborations with voice actors—has announced the “Nozawa Masako 90th Anniversary Project.” The lineup includes 16 items such as T-shirts and tote bags, divided into two chapters: “Celebration Collection” and “Legacy Collection.”
The “MASAKO NOZAWA GOD T-shirt” is priced at 6,050 yen (tax included).
Nozawa was born in 1936. She made her film debut as a child actress at age three, and later began voice acting through dubbed foreign films on television. She landed her first lead role in “GeGeGe no Kitaro,” followed by appearances in “Dokonjou Gaeru,” “Ginga Tetsudou 999,” and “Dragon Ball,” among many others. In recognition of her decades of work, she became the first voice actor to be selected as a Person of Cultural Merit in 2025.
The project’s first chapter, “Celebration Collection,” is a made-to-order lineup celebrating her 90th birthday, available ahead of October 25. The second chapter, “Legacy Collection,” will present a new collection that connects her journey to the future.
The “MASAKO NOZAWA GOD Pouch” is priced at 3,080 yen (tax included).
Some of the collection features rare photographs that Nozawa had kept at her family home. Portraits from her younger days are incorporated into the designs, expressing her career through fashion items.
The “MASAKO NOZAWA CAR Light Sweat” is priced at 8,800 yen (tax included).
The “Celebration Collection” includes 10 items available for order, ranging from T-shirts and light sweatshirts to caps and pouches.
The “MASAKO NOZAWA Collage Eco Bag” is priced at 3,300 yen (tax included).
As a limited bonus, every product comes with one “Nozawa Masako 90th Anniversary Original Can Badge.” Orders are accepted until September 6 at 23:59, with delivery expected by her birthday on October 25. The items will be available at the FAVOLC official online store and Animate online shop.
The “MASAKO NOZAWA Illustration Cap” is priced at 4,950 yen (tax included).
The “Legacy Collection” will go on sale starting October 25, with six items planned. Alongside the announcement, FAVOLC released a comment.
