Licca-chan Becomes Maomao in New Apothecary Diaries Collaboration Doll

A new collaboration between the beloved doll brand Licca-chan and the hit anime The Apothecary Diaries (Kusuriya no Hitorigoto) has been announced. The special “Apothecary Diaries Maomao Licca-chan” doll will go on sale on October 24, 2026, recreating the protagonist Maomao’s signature freckles, left-arm bandage, hairstyle, and outfit in meticulous detail.

The Apothecary Diaries is a popular palace mystery series set in a rear court, following the young poison taster Maomao as she solves various difficult cases. The series has surpassed 45 million copies in cumulative circulation. The TV anime aired its first season from October 2023 to March 2024, and its second from January to July 2025, consistently ranking high on streaming platforms. The third season is set to begin on October 2, and the long-awaited theatrical film, The Apothecary Diaries: The Secret of the Departed Consort, is scheduled for release on December 11.
