The Idolmaster SideM is teaming up with Tokyo Joypolis for a third collaboration event, “The Idolmaster SideM in JOYPOLIS 3,” running from September 12 to December 6, 2026, at the indoor theme park in Odaiba, Tokyo. Following the success of the previous “SideM in JOYPOLIS 2” held in spring 2024, this year’s event will feature High×Joker and Shinsoku Isshin, who have been appointed as ambassadors for Tokyo Joypolis’s 30th anniversary, along with other idols from 315 Production. The event will include popular attractions, special shows, and original goods featuring newly drawn illustrations.
Special Show
On the main stage inside the park, a special show using 3D live footage will be screened. The live performance, featuring all 16 units, will have a renewed set list, with the latest overall song added to the finale of each showing. Before and after the show, special narration by High×Joker and Shinsoku Isshin will also be available.
Attractions
The collaboration with the world’s first music game coaster, “Gekion Live Coaster,” which was well received in the previous event, is also being renewed. In addition to The Idolmaster SideM songs, newly recorded voices of Shinsoku Isshin will be added, making the experience feel even closer to the idols.
Furthermore, the immersive adventure ride “Wild River” will feature newly recorded voices of High×Joker. At the mystical rune fortune-telling attraction “Fortune Forest,” the result slips will feature a special The Idolmaster SideM design for the event period.
New Content
For the first time, a “Mini Rally” with voice guidance will be held. Using conversations between High×Joker and Shinsoku Isshin as hints, participants search for stamps around the park and solve puzzles to receive exclusive novelty items. Additionally, at the “Carnival Game Corner” on the 2nd Floor, players can win original prizes exclusive to Joypolis based on game results.
Tickets and Goods
During the event, collaboration tickets with goods will be on sale. The “Attraction 1-Ride Ticket” set includes admission, one ride, and a “Trading Joypolis Ticket-Style Card,” priced at 3,000 yen for adults and 2,700 yen for elementary, junior high, and high school students. The “Passport” includes admission, unlimited rides, a “Trading Joypolis Ticket-Style Card,” and a “Pass Case,” priced at 6,800 yen for adults and 5,800 yen for students.
Event-limited goods featuring newly drawn illustrations will also be available. For every 3,000 yen (tax included) spent, customers will receive one random “Trading Name Tag-Style Card” as a bonus. After the event, mail order sales are planned via Animate Online.
Food and Drink
At the D-Lounge on the 2nd Floor, collaboration food and drink menus with trading coasters will be offered. The menu will change between the first and second halves of the event, and each order includes one random coaster. The dining area will also feature newly recorded voices of High×Joker and Shinsoku Isshin.
At Dippin’ Dots Ice Cream, collaboration floats and ice cream with trading stickers will be sold. For each menu item, one random sticker from either Group A or Group B will be given.
Other Content
Additionally, a digital content feature will allow visitors to stand in front of a monitor and have High×Joker and Shinsoku Isshin appear for a photo opportunity. In-house announcements and the welcome voice at the entrance of Tokyo Joypolis will also be handled by the two units as 30th anniversary ambassadors.
Birthday Project
A birthday project will also be held to celebrate 12 idols who have birthdays during the event period. The first half, from September 12 to October 24, will feature Enjoji Michiru, Akizuki Ryo, Sakuraba Kaoru, Aslan = Berzevute II, Koron Chris, and Tsukumo Kazuki. The second half, from October 25 to December 6, will feature Kuzunoha Amahiko, Shinonome Soichiro, Nekoyanagi Kirio, Akiyama Hayato, Kitamura Sora, and Amamine Shu.
The event promises a wide range of collaboration content, including special shows, attractions, and newly recorded voices that are unique to The Idolmaster SideM and Tokyo Joypolis.
