The popular “Opantsu Usagi” franchise is bringing its candy-themed pop-up shop back to LaLaport Ebina. The “CANDY PANICHU!” event will run from September 14 to September 25, 2026, marking a return after a successful tour that previously visited Tokyo, Osaka, and South Korea.
The shop will feature newly drawn illustrations of Opantsu Usagi working in a candy factory, rendered in vivid and playful tones. Exclusive merchandise includes plush key chains priced at 2,200 yen and die-cut handkerchiefs styled like snack packages for 990 yen, among other items.
Greeting and Photo Sessions with Opantsu Usagi
On September 21, a costume event will be held. Greetings start at 11:00, followed by photo sessions at 13:00 and 15:00. To join the photo sessions, attendees must present a receipt showing a purchase of at least 1,000 yen at the pop-up shop during the event period. Numbered tickets for all time slots will be distributed from 9:30 at the Hiroba entrance of LaLaport Ebina.
Purchase Bonus Gacha
During the event, for every 3,300 yen (tax included) spent on qualifying items, customers will receive one “Mini Can Badge” from a random selection of six designs. The bonus is limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The “CANDY PANICHU!” pop-up shop is located on the 3rd floor of LaLaport Ebina, in front of GU, and will run from September 14 to September 25, 2026.
