Sunday Culture Fest 2026 Cafe Offers Sousou no Frieren Churros, Conan’s Poirot Naporitan, and More

Shogakukan’s fan event “Sunday Culture Fest 2026” is bringing a collaboration cafe to Cafe Lish on the first floor of the Shogakukan building starting September 23, 2026 (Wednesday/Public Holiday). Set in the Jimbocho area of Tokyo, Cafe Lish is known for its house-roasted coffee and curry, but this time it will also serve a special menu inspired by popular Shonen Sunday titles and other Shogakukan works.

The cafe will feature nine collaboration items across food, drinks, snacks, and desserts, all themed around eight different series. Fans can expect to see dishes from Meitantei Conan, Sousou no Frieren, MAO, and more, with each work receiving its own original novelty gift—such as postcards, coasters, or stickers—when you order a corresponding menu item. These novelties vary depending on the work, adding an extra collectible element.

Menu Highlights

Meitantei Conan: Cafe Poirot’s Naporitan

The classic cafe Poirot’s Naporitan is a nostalgic take on the beloved coffee shop dish from Meitantei Conan. It brings back a familiar, comforting flavor that fans of the series will appreciate.

Momose Akira no Hatsukoi Hatanchuu: Momose-san’s Ukkari Kona Karashi Tamago Sando

This special egg sandwich pays homage to a memorable scene from the manga. A bit of powdered mustard was accidentally added too much, giving the sandwich a pleasantly sharp kick.

#Gal to Gal no Yuri: #Gal Kawaii Juice

This lactic acid drink features a striking pink and blue gradient. It captures the pop and cute vibe of the series, complete with a paper coaster and straw tag.

Utsuru Nai n desu: After-school Onryou Lemon Squash

Inspired by a mysterious after-school encounter, this lemon squash blends sweetness and tartness for a refreshing finish.

Osumi Tsumiki to Ki Nichijou: Ki Nichijou na Seishun Soda

A sparkling soda that evokes both the surreal “kii nichijou” world and a shining youth. The carbonation and subtle sweetness are designed to be bright and invigorating.

Teio Sanshimai wa Angai, Choroi: Angai, Choroi. Matcha Latte

A visually layered matcha latte with creamy milk and rich matcha, expressing the “surprisingly easy” charm of the three sisters.

Sousou no Frieren: Frieren’s Staff Churros

A photo-ready churros shaped like Frieren’s iconic staff. It’s a fun treat that pulls you straight into the story’s world.

MAO: Cursed Coffee Kakigori

This black-themed coffee shaved ice embodies the mysterious and beautiful atmosphere of MAO. Topped with soft serve, coffee jelly, and coffee syrup, it offers both visual and flavor depth.

Sunday Culture Fest Cake

A special cake featuring the official event visual printed directly onto the sweet treat. It’s generous in size and perfect for snapping a photo.
