Newly drawn merchandise for the TV anime Kore Kaite Shine has been announced. Preorders opened at Tomosuto on September 25, 2026 (Friday).
The lineup uses newly drawn illustrations of Anzumi Ai and other characters in ‘The Manga Artist Style,’ wearing berets and holding pen nibs (note: Akafuku is a manga). In total, 23 items are being offered.
About the Series
Kore Kaite Shine is based on Toyoda Minoru’s manga serialized in Shogakukan’s Gessan. It won the Grand Prize at Manga Taisho 2023 and the 70th Shogakukan Manga Award, and has earned high praise on social media. The story follows Anzumi Ai, a first-year high school student who loves reading manga and lives in Izu Oujima, part of Tokyo’s island area. After a certain event, she begins to think about creating manga. The series is described as a manga romantic coming-of-age tale packed with the pain and joy of creation, and as a ‘manga x high school girl youth story’ full of manga love.

- Maruman Sketchbook: A sketchbook for the path of manga creation, suitable for freely drawing illustrations and manga.
- Tote Bag: Features Anzumi, Pokota, and others together, with a size perfect for carrying manga.
- Clear File: Two designs are available: a newly drawn design with the characters together and a design showing the beautiful sea of Izu Oujima.
- Acrylic Stand: Lets fans display their favorite ‘The Manga Artist Style’ characters.
- Mechanical Pencil: Five types are offered, useful for studying, work, or drawing names.
- Stickers: Nine types join the lineup.
Bonus and Order Period
During the campaign, for every 3,300 yen (tax included) purchase of eligible products in a single transaction, customers will receive one postcard from a random set of five designs.
The order period runs from September 25, 2026 (Friday) at 12:00 to November 2, 2026 (Monday) at 23:59. The items are made to order, and a separate shipping fee applies.
