The fall 2026 anime TEMPAL: Aitemu no Chikara has released the synopsis and preview cuts for Episode 1, “Legendary Job Change,” which begins airing on October 2, 2026.

Story Introduction
<SATISFY> is a hugely popular VR game played by 2 billion people worldwide. In this world, wealth and fame earned in the game also affect reality. Nagamine Takumi, playing as “Greed,” aims to reverse a dull life. One day, after a high-difficulty quest, Greed obtains a legendary item and changes to the legendary blacksmith class <Fagma’s Descendant>. His level is negative, and he must restart almost naked, but he decides, “If I can’t get strong items, I’ll make them!” Greed—greedy and calculating, yet strangely persistent and compassionate—uses the power of item crafting to shake <SATISFY> to its core.
Episode 1 “Legendary Job Change” Synopsis
<SATISFY> is the world’s largest VR game, where fame and wealth gained in-game greatly affect reality. Greed—Nagamine Takumi—is a player who wants to change his life and make a fortune, and he is taking on an S-rank quest requested by Count Ashlu in a cave at the northern edge.
Although pressed by “monetization pressure,” Greed finally obtains a legendary item. Its true identity is the <Fagma’s Rare Book>, which allows him to change to the unique class <Fagma’s Descendant>.
Greed considers selling it for more than the quest reward, but because of a contract violation, Count Ashlu targets his life. With no escape left, he decides to change to <Fagma’s Descendant>. However, his level is negative, and he must restart in an almost naked state…
Episode 1, “Legendary Job Change,” airs from October 2 (Friday) on TOKYO MX, BS11, and other channels.
