My Hero Academia Cafe WE ARE HERO HOLICS to Open October 2026 in Tokyo, Aichi, Osaka and Hokkaido

A limited-time collaboration cafe inspired by My Hero Academia is coming to four Japanese cities this fall. “My Hero Academia Cafe -WE ARE HERO HOLICS-” will open in Tokyo, Aichi and Hokkaido on October 16, 2026 (Friday), with Osaka joining from October 22 (Thursday).

A cafe for hero fans

The original My Hero Academia is a hero action manga by Horikoshi Kouhei, serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump. Set in a world where people with superpowers known as “Quirks” are a normal part of everyday life, the story follows protagonist Midoriya Izuku, known as Deku, as he aims to become a hero who stands against the villains who abuse those Quirks, growing alongside his classmates at the prestigious hero-training school U.A. High School. The series ran for roughly ten years and reached its conclusion in August 2024.

The TV anime’s first season began in April 2016, and the eighth and final season, My Hero Academia FINAL SEASON, aired its last episode — the 170th in the overall series — on December 13, 2025. With 2026 marking the 10th anniversary of the anime, the commemorative project “My Hero Academia The Animation 10th Anniversary” has started, and events are being held in sequence.

At this cafe, Midoriya Izuku — the protagonist who admired heroes — along with everyone who loves heroes are treated as “HERO HOLICS.” Guests can enjoy a space filled with heroes such as Deku, Bakugo and Shoto from My Hero Academia.

Menu inspired by Quirks and costumes

The cafe menu includes box pizzas shaped around the heroes, from which guests can freely combine any two of seven flavors, along with desserts such as donuts, side dishes and drinks in each character’s color. The lineup is designed to be pop and photogenic.

Confirmed items include the Midoriya Izuku dish featuring basil cream and rucola, and the Bakugo Katsuki meatball curry.

Advance reservation bonus

Guests who use the advance reservation system — 650 yen, or 715 yen including tax, per person — and order from the menu will receive one hologram sticker. Ordering a qualifying drink also earns one original coaster (seven types in total) showing the character ordered, one per item.

Original goods and purchase bonus

Cafe original goods and bonuses using newly drawn art will also be available. Customers who purchase at least one item of merchandise at a store will receive one hero card (seven types, distributed at random).

An online shop for the cafe’s original goods will also operate within the cafe’s official website, from October 16, 2026 (Friday) at 12:00 to December 20 (Sunday) at 23:59.
