Sanrio Characters Return for Kawaii♡ Ofuro Time
Sanrio Characters—including Kitty, Kuromi, and Usahana—are teaming up with Gokurakuyu and RAKU SPA again for the second collaboration, “Kawaii♡ Ofuro Time.” The event will run from October 22 to November 10, 2026, at 15 Gokurakuyu and RAKU SPA group locations. It will feature newly drawn designs, original goods, collaboration menus, character-inspired baths, and in-facility decorations.
Bath Sets, Goods, and Bonus Items
Guests who purchase admission and the “Sanrio Characters Plus Set” will receive a limited muffler towel featuring newly drawn art.
Original goods will also go on sale online from October 22 at 13:00. At stores, every 2,000 yen (tax included) spent on original goods earns one randomly selected washi-style sticker from a set of 10 designs.

The collaboration menu includes dishes inspired by the characters. Each order comes with one random original heart-shaped coaster from 10 possible designs.

Five Colorful Baths and Decorations
Five colorful collaboration baths inspired by the characters will appear, with specially designed tapestries decorating the bathing areas.

Inside the facilities, guests can find key visual panels using newly drawn designs, banners, “Kawaii♡ Profile” posters, and plush photo spots. Those who follow the official X account and post about the collaboration with the designated hashtag can receive an original member-card-style clear card on a first-come, first-served basis.

RAKU SPA Tsurumi Events and Game Trial
At RAKU SPA Tsurumi only, a workshop where visitors can make original goods will be held on October 24 and 25. On November 7, a greeting event will feature Usahana in a special costume. A trial session for the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 party game “Sanrio Party Land,” scheduled for release in autumn 2026, will also be held.
