Meanwhile, Federation officer Kenneth Sleg prepares both the support operation for the conference and the annihilation of Mafty, and is approached with a secret agreement by Handley Yokuzan of the military police organization. Gigi, too, sets off for Hong Kong for the sake of her own role.
