Ranma 1/2 and Ichikakuya Team Up for Their First Collaboration
The TV anime Ranma 1/2 and Yokohama-kei ramen chain Ichikakuya are launching their first collaboration. Limited ramen, drinks, and goods featuring newly drawn and newly illustrated art will be offered from October 16 to November 23, 2026.
About Ranma 1/2
Ranma 1/2 is a martial arts romantic comedy based on Takahashi Rumiko’s manga, serialized in Weekly Shounen Sunday from 1987 issue 36 to 1996 issue 12. Takahashi is also known for works including Urusei Yatsura, Maison Ikkoku, Inuyasha, Kyoukai no RINNE, and MAO.
The story begins when Saotome Genma, who was training in China, and his son Ranma arrive at the Tendou family home. But what appears there is a giant panda and a cute girl. After his training in China, Ranma has gained a strange condition: cold water turns him into a girl, while hot water turns him back into a boy. Ranma and the colorful people around him laugh, cry, and sometimes fall in love.
Collaboration Menu and Drinks
During the collaboration, 115 Ichikakuya stores will serve Ranma & Ranma’s Spicy Minced Meat Chinese Soba for 1,380 yen and Strawberry Calpis Juice for 500 yen. Each order of a collaboration-exclusive menu item comes with one original coaster, selected randomly from 16 types.
At select stores, additional collaboration-exclusive menu items and goods will also be available.
Additional Ramen and Drinks at Select Stores
The ramen lineup adds Akane’s Light, Seafood Dashi Salt Tonkotsu; Shampoo’s Ankake Oil Soba; and Ryouga’s Squid Ink Sauce Omu Oil Soba. The drink lineup adds Banana Calpis Juice, Grape Calpis Juice, and Mango Calpis Juice. Collaboration drinks can only be purchased when ordering a collaboration ramen.
Collaboration Goods
The goods lineup includes the following items:
- Life-size Illustration Slightly Large Hologram Can Badge (all 5 types / 770 yen)
- Life-size Illustration Acrylic Stand (all 5 types / 1,650 yen)
- Trading Mini Character Acrylic Stand (990 yen)
- Diorama Acrylic Stand (5,280 yen)
- Cold Water Glass (2,200 yen)
- Hand Towel (1,100 yen)
For every 3,000 yen (tax included) spent on goods, customers receive one clear card, selected randomly from 16 types.
Participating Stores and Hours
The 10 stores offering the collaboration menu and goods are Shinjuku Yasukuni-dori, Sunshine-dori, Ikebukuro West Exit, Shibuya Center-gai, Keikyu Kawasaki, Akihabara Main Store, Omiya East Exit, Nishi-Funabashi, Kannai, and Tsudanuma.
The collaboration menu is served from 10:00 to 23:00. It runs from October 16, 2026 (Friday) to November 23, 2026 (Monday holiday). Some menus and goods are limited to select stores.
