Donguri Closet, a brand that selects Studio Ghibli goods for adult women, will release the Donguri Closet Limited Majo no Takkyuubin Mini Lamp Mitsumeru Jiji on October 31, 2026. The limited lamp centers on an adorable image of Jiji staring intently at a small, oil-lamp-style light.
Inspired by the small lamp in Osono-san’s house in Majo no Takkyuubin, the mini lamp combines an oil-lamp-like silhouette with a body that has the texture of ceramic and is decorated with bright flowers. The piece depicts Jiji gazing at the lamp, while the warm-toned base is finished with delicate ornamentation reminiscent of grasses and flowers. The overall look has a nostalgic, antique-style feel.
To use the lamp, turn on the switch on the bottom of the base, then touch the lamp’s touch sensor to light it. Touching the sensor again turns the light off. Even when it is not lit, the lamp can be enjoyed as interior decor, and during moments when users want to take a relaxing breather, Jiji and the soft light are there beside them.
The Donguri Closet Limited Majo no Takkyuubin Mini Lamp Mitsumeru Jiji is priced at 13,200 yen, tax included. It will be available from October 31 at Donguri Closet corners inside Ghibli ga Ippai Donguri Republic locations nationwide and at the online shop Donguri Republic Sora no Ue Ten.
