Matsuoka Yoshitsugu-san made his debut as a seiyuu in 2009. His talent was quickly recognized, earning him the New Actor Award at the 6th Seiyuu Awards and later the Best Lead Actor Award at the 10th Seiyuu Awards. These accolades highlight his significant impact and skill in the industry, making him one of the most beloved and recognizable voices in anime.

In 2024 alone, Matsuoka Yoshitsugu-san has been incredibly busy, lending his voice to a diverse range of titles such as TO BE HERO X, Gachiakuta, Neko no Kura-chan Ordinary days, and Witch Watch.
