Get ready for a spooky good time! The TV anime **Dekin no Mogura** (which can be translated as “The Mole Who’s Barred”) and **Hoozuki no Reitetsu** (also widely known as **Hozuki’s Coolheadedness**) are joining forces with Seibu-en Yuuenchi for an exciting Halloween collaboration. Dubbed the “**`Ano Yo` (The Otherworld) and `Kono Yo` (This World) Halloween Party**,” this special event will run from September 12 to October 31, 2025.

Dekin no Mogura and Hoozuki no Reitetsu × Seibu-en Yuuenchi “`Ano Yo` and `Kono Yo` Halloween Party”
Dekin no Mogura is a “mystery x comedy” series serialized in Kodansha’s “Morning” magazine, depicting the strange and humorous phenomena that occur when “humans” and “spirits” intersect in “this world.” Hoozuki no Reitetsu, which also ran in the same magazine until 2020, chronicled Hoozuki-sama, the First Aide to Enma Daiou, as he coolly handled the troubles of Hell.
This collaboration was realized because both series are created by Eguchi Natsumi. By merging the worlds of Dekin no Mogura (depicting “this world”) and Hoozuki no Reitetsu (depicting “the otherworld”), this event will be Seibu-en Yuuenchi’s first Halloween event (since its renewal in 2021) — a thrilling and exciting experience where guests can let loose and have fun.
The “Dekin no Mogura Mystery Game: Halloween Party’s Strange Phenomena” is a story where guests explore the park and solve mysteries to stop strange occurrences happening in places they must never approach. The “Hoozuki no Reitetsu Mystery Game: Enma-chou Provisional Investigator’s Directive! ~The Blank Page and His Whereabouts~” has guests receiving a request from Hoozuki-sama to gather clues to fill a blank page found in the Enma-chou ledger.
There will also be a variety of collaboration foods and original goods inspired by scenes from the works. At Sukerokuya, Dekin no Mogura fans can enjoy the “Island Feast! Aji Fry Teishoku,” reminiscent of Kirihara Yaeko-chan’s local seafood specialties. These large, meaty `aji fry` (horse mackerel) are sure to satisfy.
At Kissaten Victoria (Cafe Victoria), from Hoozuki no Reitetsu, you’ll find “Hell’s Red Pasta,” a fiery red, spicy dish with young corn toppings resembling Hoozuki-sama’s horns, fit for Hell. For those who dare, adding extra Tabasco will invite you to an even deeper “hellish” experience. Tsurukamedou’s “Kingyosou Dango” comes in three flavors: miso, mitarashi, and Sayama-cha, perfect for snacking while exploring.
For every collaboration food order, you will receive a random novelty coaster, with the design depending on the purchase amount.
Original goods featuring newly drawn illustrations for the “`Ano Yo` and `Kono Yo` Halloween Party,” such as acrylic stands, can badges, and keyholders, will be available for sale. For every 3000 yen spent on original goods (including collaboration food), one photo-style card will be presented.
The `ennichi` (festival games) will feature “Dekin no Mogura Pistol Darts,” where you aim to retrieve ghostly lights gathering around the Mogura-tachi enjoying the Halloween party, and the “Hoozuki no Reitetsu Mini-Game: Oni Taiji” (Demon Extermination), where you befriend `oni` by giving them `kibi dango`. Prizes obtainable only here will be available.
At attractions like the Fujimi Tenboutou (Fujimi Observation Tower) and Kaiten Kuuchuu Buranko (Swinging Carousel), you can enjoy exclusive recorded voice lines from Dekin no Mogura‘s Mogura, Makiguri Akira, and Kirihara Yaeko, along with familiar music. It will feel like riding the attractions together with them.
Furthermore, special ticket packages are available: the “Dekin no Mogura Special Benefit & Rally One-Day Leisure Ticket” and the “Hoozuki no Reitetsu Special Benefit & Rally One-Day Leisure Ticket.” These tickets combine park admission with an “One-Day Leisure Ticket” for unlimited rides, plus exclusive benefits for the “`Ano Yo` and `Kono Yo` Halloween Party,” including two types of ticket-style cards (four types in total across both sets) and a mystery-solving game kit.
