Don’t Miss SugiAni EXPO, where Anime Production Companies Re-Assemble! Nakano x Suginami x Toshima Anime Manga Fesu 2025 \[Suginami-ku Event]

The “Nakano x Suginami x Toshima Anime, etc., Regional Branding Project,” which is organizing the “Nakano x Suginami x Toshima Anime & Manga Fes 2025,” is a special branding initiative focused entirely on manga and anime. This project is a collaborative effort by Nakano Ward, Suginami Ward, Toshima Ward, and the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry—areas renowned for their rich concentration of facilities, industries, and cultures related to manga, anime, and subculture. The goal is to revitalize these areas and bring excitement to the community by promoting the unique charms of all three wards, fostering a strong partnership between public and private sectors for regional branding based on their distinct characteristics.

The Suginami Ward event is scheduled to take place on November 8th and 9th at Suginami Kaikan. Please note that registration for the quiz rally will be at Momoi Harappa Koen.

“Anime no Machi Suginami Sugiani Expo 2025”

Following last year’s success, the “Anime no Machi Suginami Sugiani Expo,” where anime production companies from Suginami Ward gather, will be held on November 8th and 9th. Get ready to explore exciting original exhibition booths from a total of ten companies, including A-1 Pictures, O Production, GONZO, Studio KAI, Drive, Bandai Namco Filmworks, Buemon, Bones, Maho Film, and Liden Films. It’s a fantastic opportunity to see what makes Suginami a true hub for anime!

“Sugiani Quiz Rally” Held

In addition, the “Sugiani Quiz Rally,” themed around “Anime no Machi Suginami,” will be held. Participate in the quiz rally and deepen your knowledge about Suginami Ward and anime! Those who complete the rally will receive wonderful prizes. *Rally sheets will be distributed at Momoi Harappa Koen (Sugifess venue).

“Interactive Booths” & “Original Booklet” Distribution

The venue will also feature engaging, interactive booths such as a “Portrait Booth” and an “Anime Production Experience Booth,” where you can dive into the creative process. Furthermore, a special issue of the local information magazine “Ogibon,” titled “Suginami Ward Anime Production Company Feature,” will be distributed. This valuable booklet compiles rare interviews with various anime production companies, so be sure to pick up a copy!

Check Out the Namisuke Photo Session & Goods Fair!

Don’t miss the chance to take photos with Suginami Ward’s official anime characters, Namisuke and Nami, at the special photo session! There will also be a fair selling a variety of Namisuke merchandise, including adorable plushies and stylish T-shirts.
