About Shuumatsu Touring
Shuumatsu Touring, which can be translated as End of the World Touring or Doomsday Touring, is an unconventional touring manga serialized by Saitoo Sakae in the monthly comic magazine “Dengeki Maoh.” It charmingly portrays two young girls and their trusty Serow motorcycle as they navigate a desolate, ruined Japan. Yooko and Airi are the protagonists of this journey through a post-apocalyptic world where they enjoy famous scenic spots all to themselves, capturing beautiful photos and camping amidst nature-filled cityscapes. Riding tandem on their off-road Serow motorcycle, these two embark on an unprecedentedly free touring adventure, completely unhindered by traffic jams or traffic lights.
The animation production for this exciting series is handled by Nexus. The adventurous duo of Yooko and Airi are brought to life by their talented voice actresses, Inagaki Konomi and Tomita Miyu, respectively.
Episode 3 “Setagaya, Shinbashi, Ariake, Tookyo Big Sight” Synopsis
As Yooko and Airi continue their journey towards the sprawling metropolis of Tookyo, they find themselves in search of drinking water and decide to head towards Todoroki Keikoku in Setagaya. After quenching their thirst in the valley’s refreshing environment, their next objective is to find food, leading them to explore various abandoned houses in the area. What fascinating discoveries and challenges will they encounter in these deserted urban landscapes?
Tookyo-bound, Yooko and Airi seek drinking water in Setagaya’s Todoroki Keikoku.
