Fans of the popular anime series Kimetsu no Yaiba in Fukuoka have a fantastic opportunity to dive into the world of the elite swordsmen! The large-scale exhibition focused for the first time ever on the “Hashira” (the highest-ranking swordsmen of the Demon Slayer Corps), titled “Anime Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Exhibition -To the Infinity Castle-“, is currently being held at the Fukuoka City Museum until June 22, 2025. About Kimetsu no Yaiba
Based on the manga by Gotouge Koyoharu, which has published all 23 volumes and boasts over 150 million copies in circulation, Kimetsu no Yaiba tells the story of Kamado Tanjiro, a young boy whose family is tragically killed by demons. His sister, Nezuko, is turned into a demon, and Tanjiro joins the Demon Slayer Corps with the goal of turning her back into a human and battling demons. The series captivates audiences with its poignant tale of humans and demons, breathtaking sword fights, compelling characters, and occasional humorous moments.

The “Anime Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Exhibition -To the Infinity Castle-” is the first major exhibition dedicated solely to the Hashira, the nine most powerful swordsmen of the Demon Slayer Corps who have fought Kibutsuji Muzan for a thousand years, carrying on the Corps’ legacy. This exhibition offers various ways to explore the charm of these nine Hashira, focusing on their individual personalities and feelings as they journey towards the Infinity Castle. The Tokyo venue saw an impressive 200,000 visitors, and the Fukuoka venue has been open since April 24th.

Now, the highly anticipated complete version of the Fukuoka commemorative visual for the exhibition has been revealed. This stunning visual, newly drawn by ufotable, captures a fresh perspective on the Hashira. To celebrate, a photo spot banner featuring this visual will appear at the Fukuoka City Museum venue starting May 22nd.
