New merchandise featuring illustrations from the Content Seed original “PALE TONE series” and “Deformed Cat Series” is now available from the TV anime *Meitantei Konan*. Reservations are currently being accepted on the online store “THE Chara”.
About *Meitantei Konan*
Gosho Aoyama’s mystery manga *Meitantei Konan* (also known internationally as *Detective Conan*), which has been serialized in “Weekly Shounen Sunday” since 1994, depicts the story of high school detective Kudou Shinichi who was turned into a child by the mysterious Black Organization and now tackles difficult cases as “Edogawa Konan”. Volume 107 of the manga was released in April 2025.
The TV anime began airing in January 1996 and reached its 1000th episode in March 2021. In 2025, the theatrical film *Meitantei Konan: Sekigan no Zanzo (Flashback)* was released on April 18th. The movie tells a story set in the snowy mountains of Nagano Prefecture, with Mouri Kogorou and Yamato Kansuke serving as key characters. In just 24 days since its release, it has already surpassed 7.86 million attendees and grossed over 11.3 billion yen. It is the fastest film in the series’ history to break the 10 billion yen mark and continues its impressive run.

Characters who played a significant role in the film *Sekigan no Zanzo*, including Edogawa Konan, Mouri Ran, Mouri Kogorou, Haibara Ai, Yamato Kansuke, Morofushi Takaaki, Uehara Yui, Amuro Tooru, and Kazami Yuuya, along with Kisaki Eri and Kuroda Hyoue, are featured in the items from the “PALE TONE series” and “Deformed Cat Series”.
These two series are part of a design collection developed by Content Seed, a company specializing in planning and selling character goods. The “PALE TONE series” is known for its distinctive soft colors and watercolor-style illustrations, while the “Deformed Cat Series” features popular characters charmingly depicted in a deformed style with a cat motif.
