Get ready to add a touch of JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken Stone Ocean flair to your daily life! A new line of “Print Handkerchiefs” featuring designs inspired by the anime’s world is set to release, with a total of three patterns available. These stylish items will be sequentially launched starting May 29, 2025, at the online shop “Handkerchief Gallery,” as well as select department stores, variety stores, and even vending machines across Japan.
About JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken Stone Ocean
JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken Stone Ocean is the anime adaptation of the sixth part of Araki Hirohiko’s manga JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken, which began serialization in “Weekly Shonen Jump” back in 1987. Set in 2011 in a prison surrounded by the sea in America, this arc stars the series’ first female protagonist, Kuujou Jolyne.
Jolyne finds herself imprisoned for a crime she didn’t commit, a trap set by Father Pucci, the prison’s chaplain. Pucci plots to enact DIO’s plan for “reaching heaven” and eliminate the hostile Joestar family. Alongside new companions she meets within the prison, Jolyne continues to battle the Stand users lurking inside. This story depicts the final confrontation to bring an end to the 100-year-plus rivalry between the Joestar family and DIO.
Stylish Handkerchiefs Featuring Your Favorite Characters
These new “Print Handkerchiefs” are adorned with illustrations and motifs packed with the spirit of JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken Stone Ocean. By keeping one in your pocket or bag when you go out, you can always carry your favorite characters with you.
There are three patterns in total.
The Kuujou Jolyne, E. Costello, F.F. pattern features Kuujou Jolyne, E. Costello, and F.F. printed against a background of stars and butterflies. The “Stone Ocean” text rendered in thread and the butterfly in the bottom right corner are nice touches.
The Weather R pattern is inspired by Weather R’s ability to freely manipulate the weather. It depicts clouds and a rainbow in the sky, with frogs raining down from various directions, framed by an image of Weather R’s belt.
The Narciso A pattern takes inspiration from Narciso A, featuring motifs from his outfit and the symbolic mark of “Diver Down” as design points.
Beyond their use as handkerchiefs, these items can also serve as fashion accessories, tied around your hair or bag to accent your coordinate. They would also look fantastic displayed as interior decoration in a room.
